BAMBI

Bambi arrived to the U.S.A. from Bosnia in January, and is being fostered in Hampton, V.A.

Bambi was born on Sarajevo's streets, and lived on the streets until she was about 6 months old. Our rescuer Selma and her husband took Bambi off the streets when they learned dogcatchers were coming. She lived in a shelter for roughly 2 years before finally having the chance at a new life in the U.S.A.!

Bambi is a lab/GSD mix, about 3 years old. She's spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations.

She's house trained and does not chew/destroy items in a house when left alone. She's pretty lazy and love being on the couch or a bed. Bambi is still skittish around loud noises and will not go outside in the dark. She's good with other dogs after being properly introduced over a period of a few days. Then, she loves them! She's been around kids without issue, but has not lived with any. Her cat tolerance in unknown.

She loves to jump fences for sport, so she'd need a home where she could either be leash walked, or watched outside.

Will you give her a "furever" home!?
