If you're planning a trip to or from Bosnia or Serbia and the U.S. or Canada, you may be able to help save a dog's life by escorting them as a "flight partner" to meet a foster or "furever" family.

 

We cover the cost of the dog's trip and prepare all required export and import paperwork - all you have to do meet our volunteers at the airport and enjoy your flight!

​Here's a brief overview of the process:

1. On the day of your flight, our rescue partner meets you at the departure airport with all required export and import paperwork (health certificate and passport).

2. The dog is placed in a crate and the airline staff takes it in as cargo luggage.

3. You board the flight with the dog's paperwork.

4. Once you land, you clear customs as normal with the dog's paperwork.

5. The crate will either be brought to you in customs or you'll be directed to a specific pick-up area (airport dependent).

6. Our volunteers meet you outside and take over!
